PARTICIPANT’S AUTHORISATION FOR LAW ON DATA PROTECTION (LOPD)

*In compliance with the Data Protection Law for the processing of a minor’s data and to give full authorization to VCF Soccer Camp Jordan, organized by The Bridge S.C., as the parent/legal guardian/legal custodian of the registered participant, in the event that none of them is deceased. I AUTHORIZE our son/daughter, or minor under guardianship, to attend the aforementioned activity, to participate in all scheduled sports and recreational activities, as well as the processing of his/her data in accordance with current legislation. In the same way, I authorize that the images in which the minor participant I am registering may be used by The Bridge S.C. for a maximum period of five years. Finally, I extend this authorization to any medical decisions that may be taken, in case of extreme urgency and under the appropriate medical supervision, expressly waiving any liability for injuries that may arise as a result of the activities that I carry out at the Twins Sports Village, which I assume in its entirety. At The Bridge S.C. we process the information you provide us with the purpose of managing the correct participation of the player in VCF Soccer Camp Jordan, organized by The Bridge S.C.  held at the facilities of the Twins Sports Village, providing information and/or The Bridge S.C. products that may be of interest to the holders and obtaining their consent for the use, processing, and incorporation of personal data and images collected in this The Bridge S.C. Campus for the growth of The Bridge S.C.’s databases. Management of requests for information, generation of statistics, sending of informative communications regarding The Bridge S.C. activity, commercial, and advertising mailings always related to The Bridge S.C. or services and/or products from sponsoring or collaborating companies https://thebridgescjordan.com/contact-us/ (these mailings will always be sent directly by The Bridge S.C.). The legal basis for the processing of your data is the correct execution of the contract and obtaining consent for the purposes described. Commercial information on activities or services is based on the consent you have given, and under no circumstances does the withdrawal of this consent condition the execution of the main services.

The interested parties are aware of and expressly consent to the processing of the data provided. They are informed that they must answer the questions posed with accurate, true, and complete data. In the case of not doing so or not providing data necessary for the provision of the service, The Bridge S.C. will not be able to provide the service. Likewise, the interested parties will be solely responsible for any damage or harm, direct or indirect, that may be caused to The Bridge S.C. or any third party as a consequence of providing false or inaccurate data. The interested parties are aware of and expressly consent to the processing of images that may result from their attendance at The Bridge S.C. sporting and/or social events (photo or video reports taken by The Bridge S.C. itself or by companies collaborating in The Bridge S.C. events, training activities, or acts), to be used on our website, social networks, and publications for the sole purpose of publicizing The Bridge S.C. activities or acts, provided that such dissemination never involves unlawful interference with privacy, honor, or reputation. In the case of minors, the parents and/or guardians are aware of and expressly consent to the processing of images, to be used for the aforementioned purposes, provided that such dissemination never entails unlawful interference with the privacy, honor, or reputation of the minor or is contrary to their interests.

The personal data provided will be kept for the duration of the associate’s membership of The Bridge S.C. and for as long as the interested party does not request its deletion. Once the interested party’s information ceases to have a contractual relationship with The Bridge S.C., it will be duly blocked for other purposes except for the sending of commercial and advertising communications. The period of conservation of the information once the associate and/or interested party is no longer with The Bridge S.C. will be 5 years. The Bridge S.C. will not pass on the data of the owner to third parties without their express consent. You give us your express consent for the following transfers: International transfer of data (including images) to the USA, for the purpose of uploading your data to our social network profiles and to the data storage servers used by the companies that own the social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube), as well as for the use of computer applications and tools by The Bridge S.C. (Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Google Docs, Dropbox, Mailchimp).

Therefore, in accordance with Spanish and European data protection regulations, you give your informed, unequivocal, and express consent to the international transfer of data for the sole purpose of data storage as the servers are located in the USA. Interested parties have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. For reasons related to their particular situation, data subjects may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defense of claims. RESPONSIBLE DECLARATION FOR PARTICIPANT’S SPORTING ACTIVITIES APTITUDE

By accepting this document, as the father, mother, legal guardian, and/or person responsible for the minor participating in The Bridge Sports Club Jordan Football Camps, I declare that the registered participant does not suffer from any type of health problem that would contraindicate the sporting practice of this activity and exempts THE BRIDGE SPORTS CLUB JORDAN from any type of responsibilities.

In the event that the medical condition of the participant changes before the start of the activity, I declare that I am responsible for notifying THE BRIDGE SPORTS CLUB JORDAN by email at info@thebridgescjordan.com for the appropriate effects.
